At Clotho Labs, we take pride in delivering quality and precision in every piece. If something isn’t right with your order, we aim to make the return process simple, transparent, and fair.


2. Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products are unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Discounted or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or items labeled as final sale
  • Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. Starting a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at info@clotholabs.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address
  3. Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Refund Procedure

Once your return is received:

  • We will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days
  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, simply return the original item and place a new order.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos and a brief explanation of the issue

We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
